Cody Warren has always had an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong passion for health and fitness. While working on another venture, he wanted to do something that fueled his passion. So, you ask…Why cleaning?
Cody re-evaluated his passions and found not only did he love fitness, but he also had a crazy obsession with cleaning. This stems from helping his mother clean clients’ homes during his childhood. After evaluating the competition, he knew there was room for an all natural, very detail oriented cleaning company. And Two Men was born!
Our VP of Operations Ryan Daubenmire joins us with a diverse background in operations and facility management. We first met Ryan 8 years ago as our passions for cleaning and entrepreneur spirit crossed paths. Ryan brings a customer and quality focused attitude leading our team to set operational excellence standards and bringing value and quality to each and every customer. “The man of many hats”, as we call him. He is always driving our management team and initiatives.
Meet Mike Stevens, our Director of Quality Control. He is responsible for leading our dirt specialists as well as creating and maintaining exceptional standards at our job sites and with all of our customers. Mike joins us with over 10 years of law enforcement experience; including years as a Chief of Police where he managed his "force". With Mike's hands on approach at Two Men, he will manage his "cleaning force" and make sure the job gets done...and gets done right.
Melissa Kungl is our Director of Administration. She came to the company after 13 years with Target where she developed her administrative skills and a passion for customer service. With a combination of curiosity and interest in problem solving, there is no issue that Melissa isn’t ready to tackle. Daily she works with both our Dirt Specialists and clients to achieve maximum happiness all the way around.
