Two Men & A Vacuum maintains a firm and unwavering ZERO tolerance policy regarding the use, possession,
distribution, or influence of illegal drugs or alcohol while on the job or performing any work related duties.
This policy exists in order to protect the safety, the well being, and productivity of all employees,
clients, and members of the public who may interact with our team. Because our work often takes place in clients’
homes and workplaces, it is essential that every employee demonstrate sound judgment, maintain full awareness,
and conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the company’s high standards of professionalism and reliability.
As a condition of either becoming employed with Two Men & A Vacuum or maintaining ongoing employment, all employees are required to comply with any screening procedures deemed necessary by the company. These procedures may include, but are not limited to, pre-employment drug screenings, random drug or alcohol tests, reasonable suspicion testing when management believes an employee may be impaired, and post incident testing following any workplace accident or safety concern. The goal of testing is not only to enforce company policy but also to ensure a safe work environment for everyone involved.
Employees who refuse to participate in required screenings, attempt to falsify test results, or are found to be in violation of this zero tolerance policy may be subject to immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. The company may also take additional steps as permitted by law when safety or legal compliance is at risk.
