Welcome Letter

Welcome Letter is sent to client from Growth Specialist: CC Team

Set up time

Growth Specialist, Quality Control Specialist (or Logistics and Operations Director), as well as Chemical Specialist set up time to walk property.

QC Specialist

QC Specialist is assigned by Operations and Logistics Director

Set up scheduling

Tim sets up scheduling and notifies client of new schedule and assigned Dirt Specialist/s (Cleaning Schedule Confirmation) : CC Team

Plan of attack

Plan of attack is devised by Quality Control Specialist and this becomes his/her new responsibility.

Plan is devised

Once the plan is devised and Dirt Specialist as assigned to that new contract, Operations and Logistics Director is notified. (QC Specialist responsibility)

When I Work®

QC Specialist and Operations and Logistics Director enters in all information to When I Work, also communicates with Dirt Specialist/s about new contract and specifications.

Explanation

QC Specialist meets with the Dirt Specialist to explain the property and develop a plan of attack. (Site visit may be required)

Service

Once this is complete, there is regular follow-ups that will be needed as well as open lines of communication with the client, including but not limited to a follow-up after the first day/night of service.
