Two Men & A Vacuum is Central Ohio's #1 Cleaning Company, we are currently growing fast and looking for great, qualified staff commercial and residential cleaners. Right now we are in the Greater Columbus Market and soon will be growing into other Ohio markets then eventually growing into a National Franchise.
We are looking for part-time to begin, with the opportunity to quickly grow into full-time. Looking for all hours within the day including nights and weekends. This position is very demanding and fast-paced. We are a great company to work for and will take very good care of our employees, therefore we expect the same in return.
We have an aggressive pay scale and it is based on experience and then more importantly; attendance and performance.
Requirements
Must have a smart phone and be able to use an app for scheduling and for your time sheet
Must be able to pass a multiple state criminal back ground check and be able to be bonded and insured by the company
Looking for candidates with a positive attitude that are seeking stable, long-term employment
Must work well individually as well as teams of 2 or more
Floor Care experience is an absolute PLUS!
